Customers do not interact with suppliers directly.

Product images and descriptions are displayed as accurately as possible.
Specifications may vary slightly depending on the supplier.
Prices may change without notice and may include service, sourcing, and logistics fees.
Product availability depends on suppliers’ stock.

3. Orders & Payments

Customers must provide accurate information when placing orders.
Once an order is confirmed, processing begins immediately with the supplier.
Orders may be canceled if the item is out of stock or in the case of technical issues.
We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery time ranges between 7–21 business days, depending on the item.
Some products may arrive sooner if sourced locally.
Delivery delays may occur due to customs, supplier processing, or shipping companies.
Customers do not deal with customs; clearance is handled by shipping couriers.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns must follow the policies of our suppliers.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Some items—such as personal care items, electronics, or custom products—may not be eligible for return.
Shipping fees or return charges may apply depending on the reason for return.

6. Warranty & Liability

Warranty, if available, is provided by the original supplier.
SmartProFix is not responsible for misuse, improper installation, or damage caused after delivery.
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping companies or customs.
